You will manage client relationships, leverage ADP platforms, and assist with implementations, ensuring accurate payroll processing and timely deliverables.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree preferred or 2 years experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience with ADP software platforms desirable.
• Proficiency with Outlook and Microsoft Office.
• Highly detail oriented with strong accuracy.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines serving multiple clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support and consulting to payroll clients.
• Independently manage client relationships under supervision.
• Escalate issues for prompt resolution when needed.
• Ensure client payroll information accuracy within the payroll system.
• Process payrolls timely; update records; calculate bonuses/severance; review tax calculations.
• Prepare reports of earnings, taxes, deductions, and employer contributions.
• Establish strong client relationships through effective consultation.
• Train clients on payroll processes; support implementation team as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional communication.
• Share knowledge and mentor new hires; stay updated on payroll laws.
