Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with data entry and payroll processing is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Enter payroll data daily in appropriate software and verify hours for accuracy.
• Maintain payroll templates and distribute paychecks bi-weekly.
• Prepare monthly reports and reconcile payroll with general ledger.
• Handle employee questions on hours, pay, taxes, and payroll discrepancies.
• Update employee files and communicate payroll updates via memoranda.
