Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
• 2–3 years of payroll processing or accounting experience.
• Experience supporting US-based business operations.
• Foundational knowledge of payroll principles and regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with Paycom or similar payroll platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular updates on payroll bi-weekly.
• Review timesheets three times a week.
• Cross-reference timesheets to the schedule.
• Generate a weekly labor hour report.
• Track non-paid labor from state government (TSEs).
• Support additional labor tracking and analysis tasks as needed.
• Prepare payroll and payroll tax returns timely.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
