Air Culinaire Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Payroll Specialist in Tampa, FL. This on-site role supports multi-state payroll, ensuring accurate bi-weekly payments and regulatory compliance across locations.

You will collaborate with HR, Operations and Finance to maintain processes, update employee data, and produce wage reports for agencies. Proficiency in ADP WFN and Excel is required, with FPC preferred and Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires strong attention to detail and compliance with wage and hour laws across states.
• Experience with multi-state payroll processing and bi-weekly pay cycles.
• Proficient in ADP WFN and Excel for payroll data management.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle multi-state payroll for all employees on a bi-weekly basis.
• Verify time entries and reconcile payroll reports for accuracy.
• Process deductions, changes for new hires, transfers, promotions, terminations.
• Manage garnishments and special payrolls (bonus, year-end adjustments).
• Prepare quarterly and year-end reports (W-2s).
• Support audits and respond to payroll inquiries from managers and employees.
