Job summary

The payroll administrator role at Spectrotel and AireSpring focuses on professional HR duties including payroll, benefits, onboarding, and compliance to keep the workforce aligned with company policies.

You will process biweekly payroll using ADP Workforce Now and Time & Attendance, maintain records, and administer ADP-related HR processes for hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations. Remote and local onboarding support is included.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of experience with ADP Workforce Now and Time & Attendance.
• Understanding of HR best practices and applicable federal, state, and local employment regulations.
• Customer-focused attitude with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
• Telecommunications or technology industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll on a biweekly basis (ADP Workforce Now, Time & Attendance).
• Maintain payroll records and compile reports from the database.
• Complete ADP system administration for new hires, transfers, promotions, and separations.
• Administer leave programs, including FMLA, leaves of absence (LOA), and workers’ compensation case management and reporting.
• Assist with onboarding and orientation initiatives for new local and remote employees.
• Consult with service providers to answer employee questions regarding 401(k), payroll, benefits, leave of absence, and related programs.
• Support benefits processes, including communicating benefit information to associates and assisting with open enrollment sessions.
