Responsibilities

• Process payroll for approximately 200 employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain and update employee payroll records, including tax withholdings and benefits enrollments.
• Calculate and distribute paychecks with accurate deductions.
• Prepare and submit payroll tax forms to IRS and state/local agencies.
• Assist in year-end payroll tasks such as W-2s and 941s.
