Job summary

Keystone Meadows Partners is seeking a Payroll Clerk to process payroll for employees. This remote role may involve occasional in-person meetings in New York, with a full-time schedule and a salary range of $40,000 to $49,608 per year.

You will calculate wages, deduct taxes, maintain records, and answer employee payroll questions. Proficiency with ADP/Paychex/QuickBooks and strong attention to detail are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of payroll processing experience.
• Proficient in payroll software (ADP/Paychex/QuickBooks).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of payroll laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll including wages, taxes, and benefits.
• Maintain up-to-date employee records.
• Ensure compliance with payroll laws and regulations.
• Prepare payroll reports and W-2 forms.
• Assist in quarterly and annual payroll tax filings.
• Provide payroll support to HR and other departments.
