We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team in the Mortgage industry. This role will offer the opportunity to utilize your expertise in payroll and human resource information systems (HRIS) to drive our business forward. You will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our payroll processes while also providing valuable consulting services to our clients. • 1. Managing the complete payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions.
• 2. Utilising HRIS to maintain payroll records and documentation accurately.
• 3. Providing expert service to our employees.
• 4. Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices.
• 5. Coordinating with the HR team to integrate payroll data with other HR functions such as benefits and compensation.
