This on-site role supports payroll operations within an industrial facilities and infrastructure construction environment and is ideal for someone with payroll, administrative, or data entry experience who enjoys accuracy, problem-solving, and employee support.

Key Responsibilities

• - Scan, review, and process payroll-related mail through the departmental ticketing system according to established procedures.
• - Respond to employee payroll inquiries submitted through the ticketing system, payroll customer service line, and voicemail.
• - Research, resolve, document, and route payroll tickets accurately while escalating complex or sensitive issues as needed.
• - Perform payroll-related data entry with strong accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
• - Communicate payroll information clearly and professionally to help employees understand payroll processes and issue resolutions.
• - Support the payroll team during peak payroll cycles, absences, or high-volume periods to maintain service continuity.

Compensation and Benefits

• - Pay rate: $29 to $33 per hour, depending on experience.
• - Employment type: Temp-to-hire.
• - Schedule: On-site, Monday through Friday.
• - Location: Pasadena
