• Collaborate with managers, HR and Accounting to obtain approvals and corrections.
• Utilize iSolved to manage payroll data and records.
• Support payroll reporting, audits, reconciliations, and process improvements.

Job Summary

A Fresno, CA organization is seeking an experienced Payroll Supervisor for a temp-to-hire opportunity supporting a multi-state workforce. This role is ideal for a payroll professional who enjoys leading front-end payroll operations, improving timekeeping accuracy, and partnering with managers, Human Resources, and Accounting to ensure payroll information is complete, compliant, and submitted on schedule.

The Payroll Supervisor will play a key role in supporting payroll staff, resolving time and attendance discrepancies, and maintaining accurate employee payroll records. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise front-end payroll functions and provide daily guidance to payroll support staff.
• Oversee multi-state payroll activities, including timekeeping, attendance, PTO, sick time, holiday hours, overtime, and payroll-related employee changes.
• Review and audit timecards, timesheets, payroll data, and timekeeping reports for missing punches, incorrect hours, duplicate entries, and other discrepancies.
• Partner with department managers, supervisors, HR, and Accounting to obtain approvals, resolve corrections, and ensure payroll data is processed accurately and on time.
• Use iSolved to manage employee payroll information, timekeeping, attendance, and payroll-related records.
• Assist with payroll reporting, audits, reconciliations, process improvements, and confidential employee payroll matters.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay range: $58,000 to $62,000 per year.
• Job type: Temp-to-hire.
• Location: Fresno, CA.
