A growing organization in Bellevue, WA is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist for a direct hire opportunity. The Payroll Specialist will play an important role in ensuring employees are paid accurately, on time, and in compliance with company policies and applicable payroll regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and on schedule, including regular pay, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and payroll adjustments.
• Review and verify timesheets, attendance records, timekeeping data, and employee pay information for accuracy.
• Maintain employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, status changes, tax information, and direct deposit updates.
• Research and resolve payroll discrepancies, employee questions, and payment issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Prepare payroll reports and support payroll audits, reconciliations, compliance reporting, and internal review processes.
• Partner with HR, accounting, managers, and employees to support accurate payroll administration and process improvements.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range: $62,790 to $75,322 per year.
• Job type: Direct hire.
• Location: Bellevue, WA.
