Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (ADP) is hiring a Payroll Solutions Specialist in Tempe, AZ.

Join a high-performing HR Outsourcing team to assist Client Payroll Administrators with payroll and tax questions, delivering accurate, friendly responses and maintaining ADP's trusted service standard. You will work in a metrics-driven call center, building client rapport, providing clear written and verbal communication, and contributing to a culture of inclusion and learning.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience or Military Experience.
• Military Experience. We recognize and appreciate the unique talents and experiences Veterans bring to the table.
• You will have occasional extended hours during peak seasons and may work 5 - 10 hours of overtime 6 - 8 weeks of the year.

Responsibilities

• Product Support. You will respond to client questions regarding payroll and benefits products and provide navigation support.
• Payroll Processing - Tax. You will assist clients with payroll processing and tax changes, conduct research, and communicate updates.
• Consultation. You will act as a trusted advisor and provide consultative support on product optimization during status calls and interactions.
• Quarter and Year-End Support. You will help resolve issues with clients during end-of-year processing and determine corrections for processing changes.
• Reporting and Analysis. You will work on complex projects, run reports, and make data-driven corrections.
• Collaborate and Communicate. You will coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors to meet client expectations and communicate status.
