ADP is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant (Payroll) in Tempe, AZ to guide clients through onboarding of ADP’s payroll and HCM solutions. You will combine analytics and project management to simplify complex information and ensure successful implementations that meet client needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in implementation or business consulting
• 2+ years of Payroll experience
• Strong client relationship skills and ability to guide the client to the best solution
• Identify and mitigate project risks with the team
• Learning agility and critical thinking applying best practices
