Principal Asset Management in Des Moines, IA is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the Payroll product portfolio within the HR Rewards family. You will shape strategy across payroll, compensation, and benefits, driving end-to-end product outcomes beyond technology delivery.

You will own the lifecycle across Oracle HCM and ADP integrations, guide discovery and prioritization, and collaborate across payroll, HR, tech, and vendors to unlock value while mentoring others in best practices

Qualifications

• 4+ years of business, technology, or product management experience.
• 2+ years partnering with engineering teams and stakeholders in a matrixed product environment.
• Experience leading one or more products through the product lifecycle, including strategy, discovery, prioritization, delivery, and outcome measurement.
• Ability to lead through influence, champion stakeholder relationships, and build alignment across organizational boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Payroll product management lifecycle across capabilities delivered through Oracle HCM, ADP, system integrations, and supporting operational workflows.
• Lead product intake, discovery, prioritization, and delivery by identifying high-value opportunities, defining outcomes, testing hypotheses, and using data to guide decisions.
• Partner across payroll, human resources, technology, delivery, and vendor-supported teams to create shared understanding and remove barriers to value.
• Collaborate with the compensation and benefits product manager to maintain a cohesive Rewards product family roadmap across payroll, compensation, and benefits.
• Monitor product health and outcomes, evaluate releases, and share performance insights with product leaders and stakeholders.
