Job summary

Qualifications

CPP or FPC credential required at hire and maintained in good standing.
Seven or more years of progressive payroll experience, including multi-state US payroll.
Experience owning or administering a payroll product, payroll module, HRIS, ERP, or workforce-management platform.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end payroll product ownership including roadmap, requirements, configuration standards, testing, release readiness, adoption, and continuous improvement.
Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing with controls, reconciliations, and root-cause resolution.
Define and manage payroll customer support model including SLAs, knowledge content, and case outcomes.
Govern payroll configuration across earnings, deductions, taxes, benefits, garnishments, and GL integration.
Lead resolution of payroll risks and defects from identification to prevention of recurrence.
Lead payroll workstreams through requirements, data validation, configuration, conversion, testing, cutover, and stabilization.
