Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Product Manager to lead Human Resources technology products, focusing on Workday HCM Compensation and Payroll. You will define the product vision, prioritize roadmaps, and collaborate with analytics, risk, and tech teams to deliver employee and manager experiences.

You will drive OKRs, manage end-to-end lifecycles, engage COEs, and translate business needs into scalable solutions in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Five years' Workday Human Capital Management Compensation and Payroll experience.
• Experience leading HR technology products and working with vendors (ADP, Fidelity, Neeyamo).
• Strong ability to develop and execute product strategy, vision and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze and interpret business data to meet needs and requirements.
• Connect stakeholder groups to identify opportunities and prioritize the product roadmap.
• Define product outcomes and OKRs to drive epics and features.
