Principal Financial Group seeks an experienced Product Manager to lead the Payroll portfolio within the HR Rewards product family, aligning payroll with compensation and benefits strategies. You will drive end-to-end product lifecycle, partner across HR, technology, and vendor teams, and translate business outcomes into measurable product capabilities.

Lead product intake, discovery, prioritization, and delivery using data and insights.
Partner across payroll, HR, technology, delivery, and vendor teams to align priorities.
Collaborate with compensation and benefits to maintain cohesive Rewards roadmap.
Facilitate roadmap prioritization and manage cross-product dependencies.
