Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a Team Lead for Client Services Operations at our Lake Mary, FL office. You will supervise a team of Account Managers, drive client satisfaction, and coordinate workload to maximize efficiency. This in-office role requires no remote work.

You will monitor performance, provide continuous learning, and engage directly with clients on escalated issues. A Bachelor’s degree and payroll/HRIS experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2 years payroll, finance, or spend management with client services or support experience.
• Proven experience in escalations and at-risk client retention efforts.
• Proficient in SQL, MS Access or Excel.
• Operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational guidance and support across a Client Services Team of Account Managers.
• Monitor team performance and provide ongoing learning opportunities.
• Work with clients on escalated issues and identify process improvements.
• Coordinate workload and client assignments for maximum impact.
• Lead coaching, training and mentoring of team members.
