You will drive process improvements, collaborate with HRIS, Benefits and Accounting, and mentor staff to enhance performance. The role emphasizes customer service, problem solving, and compliance, with opportunities to influence payroll strategy within a dynamic organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of leadership experience in payroll/shared services.
• 4+ years in customer service related field and customer relationships.
• Experience with UltiPro, Kronos, Workday or similar payroll/HRS systems.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and mentor a team of payroll professionals to achieve consistent results.
• Own day-to-day payroll team activities, including cycle processing and audit readiness.
• Manage relationships within SLAs and provide research, support and stakeholder service.
• Deliver reporting and drive continuous improvement across payroll processes.
• Serve as escalation point and ensure adherence to processing procedures.
