Qualifications

• 5+ years US & CAN payroll experience, preferably in a shared services or 3rd party setting.
• 4+ years in customer service related field with strong customer relationship skills.
• Experience with top tier payroll/HRIS systems (UltiPro, Dimensions, Workday or similar).
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve requests using predefined and creative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill day-to-day payroll service functions including timecard maintenance and data integrity across payroll systems.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations in processing payroll.
• Manage relationships within defined SLAs and provide research, resolution and support to workers, HR, accounting and benefits teams.
• Act as Level 3 Customer Experience point of contact for payroll inquiries via ticketing, phone and other channels.
• Evaluate processes for efficiencies and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Lead reporting, including basic to intermediate data for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with system enhancements by collecting user requirements and driving projects.
