As a Senior Payroll Specialist, you will focus on accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement, collaborating with HR, Benefits, and IT to ensure timely payroll processing.

You will work within cross-functional teams to resolve complex payroll questions, maintain data integrity, and support reporting for internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

• 5+ years of US & CAN payroll experience
• 4+ years in customer service
• Experience with UltiPro, Dimensions or Workday
• Ability to interpret instructions and present data

Responsibilities

• Fulfill day-to-day payroll service tasks with accuracy and timeliness
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Manage relationships within SLAs and provide strong customer experience
• Handle Level 3 inquiries via multiple channels and drive process improvements
• Lead reporting and ad hoc analyses for stakeholders
• Support audit processes and assist with system enhancements
