Job summary

Option Care Health, Inc. seeks an Analyst, Compliance Business Partner to support a proactive compliance program across the organization. You will collaborate with Operations, Sales, Clinical, and Revenue Cycle to embed compliance into business processes and growth strategies.

The role reports to the Vice President, Compliance Business Partner and involves training, governance reporting, investigations, and remediation activities aligned with laws, policies, and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of healthcare compliance, healthcare operations, legal/regulatory affairs, risk management, auditing, nursing or related function.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and address compliance risks within assigned areas.
• Develop and deliver routine compliance training and communications.
• Support risk assessments, reviews, investigations, and remediation efforts.
