Job summary

AspireHR, Inc. is expanding its Managed Services Team with a Payroll Processing Analyst to support multiple client payrolls, tax reporting, audits, and client inquiries. The role reports to the Payroll Processing Manager and sits within a dynamic AMS & BPO practice.

You will handle bi-weekly and semi-monthly payrolls, validate timecards, and generate detailed reports while ensuring accuracy and compliance across various clients and payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, process, oversee, and audit bi-weekly and semi-monthly payrolls for multiple clients.
• Support calls, emails and cases related to payroll for client(s).
• Review timecards, deductions and health insurance for accuracy.
• Handle employer/employee requests and changes promptly including issue resolution.
• Create, run, and distribute reports on leave balances, overtime, and retirement contributions.
• Monthly reconciliation of payroll GL accounts including payroll tax and garnishments.
• Assist with changes to payroll manuals and training materials to keep them up to date.
• Prepare monthly workers compensation reports per client scope of work.
• Prepare quarterly and annual payroll reports for federal/state authorities; reconcile GL tax accounts.
• Participate in Workers Compensation and Payroll Audits as needed.
• Process fiscal year-end reports and reconcile W-2 information for accuracy.
• Review payroll transactions for accurate posting to the General Ledger.
• Document and update procedures to improve efficiency.
