Job summary

Southeast Connections, LLC is seeking a Payroll Operations Analyst to optimize payroll processes through data analysis, reporting, and auditing. You will develop dashboards, run complex reports, and resolve discrepancies while ensuring timely and accurate payroll across multiple states.

In this role you will partner with HR, Finance, and IT to support system implementations (Dayforce/ADP) and maintain data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, payroll, or related field.
• 3-5 years of Human Resources/Payroll experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain payroll and HR dashboards to provide actionable insights.
• Develop complex, custom payroll and HR reports to meet business and leadership needs.
• Run and analyze audit reports to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.
• Process employee garnishments with accurate data entry and compliance with regulations.
• Support Dayforce/ADP system implementations and data validation during migration.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT and external vendors to improve payroll processes and reporting capabilities.
