• 1 year of experience in payroll support or related business area.
• Basic knowledge of payroll processes and financial products.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Guide clients through payroll onboarding, activation and servicing via phone and digital channels.
• Explain setup steps, timelines and requirements for enrollment and activation.
• Respond to inquiries, research issues, provide product guidance and route to resources.
• Deliver clear product/process guidance to ensure a strong client experience.
• Document interactions and onboarding progress following procedures and standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and elevate complex issues.
