Job summary

Caliber Collision's Service Center Eau Claire is seeking an Office Administrator to support the front office, payroll and HR administration, and financial recordkeeping for center associates. You will ensure accurate AR/AP and cash handling while delivering a world-class customer experience by applying Caliber SOPs consistently.

Applicants should have 2+ years in customer-facing roles, 1+ year in payroll/AP/AR, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer‑facing environment.
• 1+ years of experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll (Preferred).
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for company insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

• Assist front office teammates with tools, training and information.
• Provide payroll and HR administration and recordkeeping for center associates.
• Maintain Accounts Receivable/Payable and cash handling procedures to company standards.
• Deliver a world-class customer experience through consistent SOP application and training.
