Payroll Manager

QUAD is seeking a Payroll Manager for a company located in the Lansdale, PA area. In office but with lots of flexibility.

The Payroll Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the organization’s payroll function, including ensuring accuracy of all processes, payroll records maintenance, and performing tax calculations. Experience with union payroll and ADP Workforce is required.

Responsibilities:

The Payroll Manager will be responsible for:

• Performing payroll processing systems implementation, maintenance, and review
• Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all payroll transactions
• Maintaining various payroll documentation and records
• Ensuring payroll processes are in compliance with internal controls and regulations
• Drafting payroll reports
• Identifying processing systems, procedures, and software updates

The ideal Payroll Manager will possess these skills:

• 5+ years experience that includes extensive knowledge of payroll functions, analysis, and systems
• Union payroll processing experience
• Ability to work both independently as well as in a team oriented environment

Employment Type: Permanent, Direct Hire
