Brown and Caldwell (BC) is seeking a mid-level Project Manager to lead Environmental Construction Services (ECS) projects as part of BC's Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) team. The ideal candidate possesses effective networking, communication, and organization skills to collaborate across various BC business units and with key clients and external partners to deliver at-risk projects using design-build (DB), engineering-procurement-construction (EPC), and construction management at risk (CMAR) models.
This position reports to an experienced IPD Senior Manager and focuses on executing environmental remediation, mitigation, restoration/closure projects, and smaller industrial and municipal water/wastewater projects (typically <$5M) for private and municipal clients.
The ECS PM will collaborate with BC professionals in environmental science, engineering, compliance, permitting, cost estimating, operations/maintenance/monitoring (OM&M), and construction procurement to ensure safety, quality, risk management, and profitability. Key clients include sectors like food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, mining, manufacturing, retail, technology, transportation, waste, oil/gas, chemicals, and power.
