We’re seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Payroll Manager to lead our payroll operations, ensuring flawless execution, compliance, and continuous improvement. You’ll oversee a team partnering with HR and Finance to deliver accurate, timely payroll while staying ahead of regulatory changes. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and excel at problem-solving, this role is for you.

Schedule: Monday-Friday In-office on site in King of Prussia, PA.

Compensation: $115,000.00 plus annual bonus!

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Payroll Leadership

  • Own end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy for salaries, benefits, taxes, garnishments, and deductions.
  • Audit and optimize payroll systems (e.g., Dayforce) to streamline processes, reduce risk, and enhance reporting capabilities.
  • Serve as the go-to expert for federal, state, and local payroll compliance (e.g., FLSA, tax filings, wage/hour laws).
  • Partner with HR/Finance to align payroll with company policies, compensation initiatives, and financial audits.

Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing payroll team of five, fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
  • Oversee daily workflows, prioritize tasks, and resolve escalations with urgency and professionalism.

Strategic Collaboration

  • Drive cross-functional projects (e.g., system upgrades, M&A integrations) with IT, HR, and Finance teams.
  • Analyze payroll data to identify trends, recommend cost-saving measures, and support decision-making.
  • Perform other duties as needed to support business objectives.

Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of payroll management experience, including team leadership.
  • Deep expertise in payroll compliance, tax regulations, and best practices in multi-state environments.
  • Proficiency with payroll software (Dayforce preferred) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or related field.
  • CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification a plus.
