The Regional Payroll Manager (US/CA) will oversee all aspects of payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payments for employees in the United States and Canada. You will collaborate with various departments to gather and validate payroll information, resolve discrepancies, and provide exceptional service to employees. Responsibilities include designing and improving processes, developing operating procedures, enhancing data integrity, leveraging technologies for efficiency, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws. The role requires managing an organization and being hands-on to complete tasks. You will lead the payroll team and process payroll using ADP GlobalView, Celergo, Workday HRIS, UKG Kronos, and other vendors.
Our remote roles allow you to work comfortably from home, offering benefits such as no commute, flexible schedules, more family time, and increased productivity. We promote open communication among onsite and offsite team members. We invest in your development through comprehensive training from onboarding to leadership roles. The salary range for this role is $100,000–$135,000 annually, depending on experience and skills.
