Objective

Leverage SAP technology to enhance client operations, focusing on strategy, customer value, user experience, processes, and operational impacts, beyond mere technology implementation.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead the management and delivery of SAP SuccessFactors Payroll solutions, ensuring quality and risk management.
• Engage with clients, lead workshops, and manage workstreams from planning through execution.
• Develop solutions for complex problems, guide team members, and ensure successful project outcomes.
• Coordinate with offshore teams and clients to resolve payroll issues and ensure compliance.

Skills & Attributes

• Strong technical and business acumen, with excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in SAP Employee Central Payroll, SAP Payroll, and SuccessFactors integrations.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and application delivery processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year).
• 8+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience, with 3-4 full end-to-end implementations.
• SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Certification.

Additional Preferences

• Experience in consulting or deep functional process expertise.
• Leadership experience in project teams.
