You will map payroll fields to Merge, analyze data for gaps, and coordinate across Client Onboarding, Product, Engineering, and Plan Management teams to deliver successful implementations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading implementations or complex client projects in payroll/integration domains.
• Strong data mapping and data file handling skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into business requirements and communicate with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead payroll integration implementations from requirements gathering through testing and production readiness.
• Partner with clients to understand payroll systems, data structures, and transmission needs.
• Own mapping of client payroll fields to Merge fields and ensure accuracy for downstream systems.
• Analyze source data for mapping gaps and resolve data issues.
• Coordinate configuration, testing, validation, and implementation activities across teams and clients.
• Translate integration requirements into clear business requirements for stakeholders.
• Manage multiple implementations with governance, documentation, and client communication.
• Collaborate with Client Onboarding, Product, Engineering, Plan Management and others to support outcomes.
