CBIZ’s HCM/HCA division delivers payroll and HR solutions to help organizations attract, retain, and optimize talent. The Payroll Implementation Specialist will lead new client engagements through discovery, build, testing, training, and go-live, coordinating with peers across modules.

The role involves scheduling video calls, recapping communications, configuring the application, and ensuring accurate data migration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with experience in HR/Payroll systems.
• Experience implementing HCM/Payroll solutions and ability to analyze business processes.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead client through discovery, build, testing, training, and go-live.
• Schedule and lead video conferences, recap calls, and manage emails.
• Configure payroll application and migrate data.
• Perform data cleansing and ensure accuracy of payroll data.
• Collaborate with other implementation consultants on multiple projects.
• Provide training to clients and ensure successful go-live.
• Travel as needed to meet client needs.
• Maintain project documentation and internal controls.
