Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant payroll experience

Responsibilities

• Ensure client payroll information is accurate within the client's payroll system and resolve discrepancies
• Review and process payrolls timely to meet client deadlines, including bonuses, severance, and tax calculations
• Establish trusted client relationships and communicate clearly in writing and speech
• Provide technical software support to clients and identify opportunities to expand services
• Support implementation teams and train clients on payroll processes as needed
• Maintain knowledge of local, state, and federal payroll practices and laws
