Qualified candidates will have 3 years of payroll experience, familiarity with ADP RUN, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant payroll experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred, experience can substitute
• CPP preferred
• Experience with ADP RUN software and implementation
• Proficiency with Outlook and MS Office Suite
• Highly detail oriented and accurate
• Strong organization and time management
• Ability to work in a deadline driven, multi-client environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Ensure client payroll information is accurate in their payroll system and resolve discrepancies
• Review/process payrolls timely to meet deadlines; update employee records, bonuses or severance, tax calculations and deposits
• Establish trusted client relationships and maintain data confidentiality
• Provide clear written and verbal communications and technical software support
• Identify out-of-scope work and opportunities to expand services
• Assist with payroll implementations and project management
• Train clients on payroll processes as needed
• Support team members with payroll knowledge and best practices
