Job summary

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage client payrolls, ensure accuracy, and deliver reliable service across multiple clients. The role requires ADP RUN expertise, strong attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach.

You will work with a nationwide client base in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of payroll experience, a preferred Bachelor’s degree, and CPP is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant payroll experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience may substitute.
• CPP certification preferred.
• Experience with ADP RUN software.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client payroll information is accurate within their payroll system and resolve discrepancies.
• Process payrolls timely to meet deadlines; update employee records and calculate bonuses/severance.
• Keep client relationships strong by consulting on payroll matters and maintaining confidentiality of data.
• Provide technical software support to clients and train them on payroll processes.
• Manage new client implementations and ensure timely completion and client satisfaction.
