Job summary

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a detail-oriented payroll professional to support client payroll processing and ADP RUN implementations. You will review payroll data, resolve discrepancies, and deliver accurate payroll reports while maintaining client confidentiality.

Ideal candidates have 3 years of payroll experience, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to work in a deadline-driven environment. Knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office is required, with CPP preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant payroll experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, experience can be considered in lieu of degree.
• CPP preferred.
• Experience with ADP RUN software and implementation experience.
• Working knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to interact with multiple client levels.

Responsibilities

• Client Service: Build trusted client relationships and consult on payroll matters.
• Review and process payrolls to meet client deadlines and ensure accuracy.
• Support clients with software and payroll process questions.
• Assist implementation team and manage new client projects.
• Train clients on payroll processes as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of local, state, and federal payroll laws.
