Qualifications

• Three years of payroll experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience can be considered in lieu of degree.
• CPP preferred.
• Experience with ADP RUN software and implementation experience.
• Working knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Highly detail oriented and focused on accuracy.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Able to work in a deadline-driven environment serving multiple clients.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; communicates with all levels.
• Ability to learn new technology and processes quickly.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client payroll information is accurate within their payroll system and resolve discrepancies.
• Review and process payrolls timely to meet deadlines; update employee records, bonuses or severance, tax calculations, and deposits.
• Establish strong client relationships and consult on payroll matters; maintain confidentiality of data.
• Convey detailed information clearly in writing and verbally; provide software support to clients.
• Identify out-of-scope work and opportunities to expand services to clients.
• Support implementation teams; manage client implementation projects and ensure timely completion.
