Job summary

You will maintain confidential employee data, support clients with ADP RUN and related software, and drive successful implementation projects. Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant payroll experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience may supplement.
• CPP preferred.
• Experience with ADP RUN software and implementation.
• Proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client payroll information is accurate within their payroll system and resolve discrepancies.
• Review and process payrolls timely; update records, bonuses, taxes, and deposits.
• Prepare reports of earnings, taxes, deductions, and employer contributions.
• Establish trusted client relationships and maintain data confidentiality.
• Provide technical software support and identify opportunities to expand services.
• Manage new client implementations and train clients on payroll processes.
• Be a resource to new hires and share knowledge on ADP platforms.
