Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensure client payroll information is accurate within their payroll system.
• Review and process payrolls to meet deadlines, update records, calculate bonuses or severance, and reconcile deposits.
• Prepare reports of earnings, taxes, deductions, and employer contributions.
• Establish trusted client relationships and maintain data confidentiality.
• Provide technical software support to clients and identify opportunities to expand services.
• Manage new client implementations and train clients on payroll processes.
• Support implementation team and assist new hires with payroll knowledge.
