Job summary

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a payroll professional to ensure accurate client payroll processing and reporting. You will review payroll data, handle tax calculations, and maintain confidentiality of employee information while delivering reliable service.

The role requires ADP RUN experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple client deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree preferred with CPP a plus.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant payroll experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, experience can be considered in lieu of degree.
• CPP preferred.
• Experience with ADP RUN software and implementation experience.
• Working knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Process and review client payrolls to meet deadlines and accuracy requirements.
• Prepare reports of employee earnings, taxes, deductions, and employer contributions.
• Establish trusted client relationships by consulting on payroll matters.
• Provide technical software support and identify out-of-scope opportunities.
• Lead or support client implementations and train clients on payroll processes.
