Qualifications

• 2-year degree or 2 years experience in lieu of degree.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Experience with ADP software platforms desirable.
• Working knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Highly detail oriented and focused on accuracy.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Strong adaptability and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to effectively work in a deadline driven environment serving multiple clients.
• Ability to provide exceptional client service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; appropriately and professionally communicates with all levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct payroll client support and consult on payroll matters.
• Ensure payroll data accuracy, process payrolls on time, and prepare earnings and tax reports.
• Establish and maintain trusted client relationships with confidentiality.
• Support implementation team and train clients on payroll processes.
• Develop colleagues by sharing knowledge and staying current on ADP platforms.
