Responsibilities

• Provide direct payroll support and consulting to clients.
• Understand payroll in depth and keep knowledge of payroll laws.
• Independently manage client relationships under supervision, escalating when needed.
• Process payrolls timely, update records, calculate bonuses or severance.
• Prepare reports of earnings, taxes, deductions, and employer contributions.
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships and confidentiality.
• Offer technical software support and identify opportunities to expand services.
