Job summary

Responsibilities include verifying payroll data, processing payrolls timely, and supporting implementation and client training while keeping information confidential.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree preferred or 2 years experience in lieu of degree.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Experience with ADP software platforms desirable.
• Working knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Highly detail oriented and focused on accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client payroll information is accurate and resolves discrepancies.
• Review and process payrolls timely to meet deadlines; update records and tax calculations.
• Establish strong, trusted client relationships and maintain data confidentiality.
• Provide technical software support to clients and identify out-of-scope work.
• Assist implementation team and train clients on payroll processes.
