Qualifications

• 3+ years in an integrated payroll environment such as SAP and UKG
• Knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations
• Experience with payroll data from capture to net calculations
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly
• Strong communication and professionalism

Responsabilités

• Perform HRIS payroll system tasks including configuration, testing, data maintenance, and workflows for payroll processing
• Troubleshoot interfaces in HRIS and WFM systems
• Investigate and propose improvements to HRIS and WFM processes
• Serve as project manager for payroll functionality changes in HRIS and WFM
• Ensure data compliance with policies and government regulations
• Design and write ad hoc reports for management and external agencies
• Assist in implementation and testing of HRIS and WFM upgrades and releases
