Sauk Prairie Healthcare is seeking a Payroll & HRIS Analyst to oversee end-to-end payroll and Workday HRIS administration at our Sauk City, WI campus. The role ensures accurate payroll processing, data integrity, and regulatory compliance while optimizing HRIS configurations.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree and 3–5 years' payroll/HRIS experience, with strong analytical and collaboration skills to support colleagues and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IS, CS, or Business Administration required.
• 3–5 years' technical experience with payroll and HR processes.
• Experience with Workday HRIS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll operations including biweekly, off-cycle, bonus, and retroactive payments.
• Audit payroll data, tax compliance, and reconciliations.
• Configure and maintain Workday HRIS, reporting, and integrations.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, and IT to resolve issues and improve processes.
