Job summary

Sauk Prairie Healthcare is seeking a Payroll & HRIS Analyst to join our Human Resources team in Wisconsin. You will oversee biweekly payroll processing and act as the Workday HRIS expert, collaborating with HR, Finance, IT, and operations to optimize our systems and processes.

You will develop dashboards, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement to enhance the employee experience across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience supporting payroll administration and HR systems.
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, tax requirements, deductions, garnishments, and compliance.
• Experience supporting Workday Payroll and HRIS functions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to build effective relationships across departments and communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the accurate and timely processing of biweekly payroll for our workforce.
• Investigate and resolve payroll questions, discrepancies, and system issues.
• Serve as the functional expert for Workday Payroll and HRIS administration.
• Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and operational leaders to improve processes and system functionality.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics that support informed decision-making.
• Test and implement Workday enhancements, updates, and new functionality.
• Ensure payroll and HR data integrity, compliance, and operational excellence.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the employee experience.
