Job summary

Sauk Prairie Healthcare seeks a Payroll and HRIS Analyst to manage end-to-end payroll operations and serve as the Workday HRIS expert. This onsite role ensures accurate payroll processing, data integrity, and compliance while collaborating with HR, IT, and finance teams.

The candidate will configure Workday, generate reports, and support system improvements, audits, and integrations. A Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of payroll/HRIS experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR, Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 3–5 years’ technical payroll/HRIS experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Process biweekly payrolls and special payments accurately and timely.
• Oversee Workday administration, configuration, and reporting to support HR/payroll operations.
• Audit pay records, validate data, resolve discrepancies, and ensure compliance.
