First National Bank Alaska is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our Human Resources Team in Alaska. You will play a key role in ensuring our employees are paid accurately and on time while supporting a positive employee experience. Salary: $23.25/hour or $31/hour minimum; offers are commensurate with job level and experience.

Schedule: Monday–Friday. The Education and Experience requirements include three years’ HR experience or five years for Payroll Specialist II, with a Bachelor’s degree

Qualifications

• Payroll-related HR experience with knowledge of HR practices and regulatory environment
• Bachelor’s degree may substitute for 2 years’ experience or HR-related certification preferred
