Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversees all payroll preparation, processing, and records maintenance.
• Manages bi-weekly payroll including time entry, direct deposits, and paycheck distribution.
• Rectifies payment errors with supervisors and handles garnishments.
• Manages employee benefit accruals including vacation and sick leave.
• Assists HR in catching data errors in ADP and ensures tax deposits are paid.
• Prepares payroll reports from outside agencies as needed.
